Each house is visited regularly and our staff check all equipment.
In addition, we employ a full-time Accommodation Officer who is exclusively to meet your needs and to ‘turn houses into homes’
Your responsibilities
We ask our tenants to treat our accommodation ‘as if it were their own’. All our tenants are professionals and we recognize that all want to live in comfort. We really are committed to ‘turning houses into homes’ and ask you to help us achieve that.

Listening to you.
Each term we hold ‘focus group’ meetings. Each house is asked to nominate a representative. General concerns and issues are discussed as always, we seek to improve the quality of our service.
Concerns and Complaints
We try very hard to make sure everyone is happy in our houses. Dissatisfied tenants are very rare, but if you have any concerns we will always listen and do our best to resolve them.
