Cleaning
Communal shared areas in our houses are cleaned regularly. Your safety and security is our first concern. All our cleaners have a clear police check. You will know when the cleaner is coming. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to give feedback on the sheet left by the cleaner.
Gardening
During the growing season our gardener tends all lawns and flowerbeds. Again the Gardeners all have clear police checks. You will also know when the gardener is coming, and be invited to give feedback.
Repairs and maintenance
If you rent your own accommodation, you have to report all faults and arrange repairs. You could spend fruitless hours and frustrating phone calls organising repairs. With ASL, all that is done for you – No hassle, no worries, and no problems! One call to our Accommodation Officer or your local area manager is all it takes.
