Accommodation Solutions has been a Godsend!  I was fortunate enough to spend the first few days in England with my sister.  Even though I was not going directly to a TimePlan house Accommodation Solutions still arranged a taxi pickup from Heathrow to take me to my sister’s home.  This was a HUGE relief to have someone waiting for me after a long trip and arriving in a strange country!

Needless to say after a few weeks sibling tension had taken over our rosy reuniting and I needed to move out – for both my sister’s and my sanity!  I called Jody from Accommodation Solutions one morning – that very afternoon he had found me a home!  My new home was centrally situated – a mere 5 minute walk from the station, on major bus routes and a stone’s throw away from Tesco (the awesome equivalent to Spar/Shoprite/Pick n Pay and Woolies all rolled into one!).

Jody is literally a phone call away!  He deals with any issue in an efficient and professional manner and still manages to exude hospitality.  My TimePlan home is just that – a home, complete with teachers in the same boat as me – in a foreign country in need of a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful face.

Accommodation Solutions has lived up to its name – providing many solutions to my accommodation issues!

My wife and I decided to move to the U.K.  Timeplan education facilitated this process and put us in touch with Accommodation Solutions. We have been impressed with the level of service by both Timeplan and Accommodation Solutions. Our accommodation was organised over the phone and a taxi was arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us directly to our new place. It was a great relief not to have to try and organise everything ourselves, from a different country. On arrival everything ran like clockwork (except the infamous M25, which seems to never run at all).

The house we are staying in is in a new complex in a very nice area (There are parks, forests and fields just around the corner). The house itself is new and thus fitted with all the modern necessities. The kitchen has all the basic requirements in it, such as cooking utensils, pots, pans, kettle, etc. The lounge is very large, but is only graced with a dining room table, chairs and a couch, anything else you want in it, you will need to buy. The bedroom is large and well fitted with lots of cupboard and drawer space. The house is situated on many bus routes, this makes getting around from the house very easy.

The people we have met in the house have been great. It was such a great comfort to move in, unsure of where we were or where to go and to have a group of ‘house mates’ to help tell us which bus to catch to get to work on your first day, where you can buy things, etc. We have made some really good friends since living here.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating (excuse the pun). They seem to always be prepared to go the extra mile and try and help when you have a problem. Jody is really helpful, for example, one of our house mates locked herself out on a Saturday night, she phoned Jody who made a special trip out to bring her a spare key to let her in, this is just one example of how friendly and helpful accommodation solutions are.

To put it simply, the accommodation is comfortable and contains all the essentials we needed to just move in. Admittedly, it is not five star, but it is a very good, comfortable place to live where you will meet many new friends and develop a great support base.

Sincerely

Clinton and Linda Delport
